Mrs. Frances E. LYDICK, 70, of Browns Valley, died at 2:15 p.m. Thursday Aug 22, 1963 in an ambulance as it arrived at Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville; failing health for several years. Mrs. Lydick and her husband, Claude M. resided on a farm two miles east of Browns Valley. She was born July 11, 1893, in Fountain County, daughter of Frank and Mary Campbell GOSS. She and her husband were married May 2, 1917. She attended Indiana State Normal and taught school a number of years. She was a member of Browns Valley Christian Church and a charter member of the Brown Twp Home Economics Club. Her only survivors are her husband and half-brother, Wayne Goss of Clarks Hill. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m .Saturday at Noble Reeves Funeral home, New Market. Rev. Grover DeNeal officiated and burial in Indian Creek Cemetery.
